Dr. Hendrika de Clercq holds a PhD in Audiology from the University of Pretoria — making her one of only a handful of practising audiologists in South Africa with a doctorate — and brings more than 15 years in private practice to every appointment.

Every visit starts with listening. We work through your history, run the tests that actually answer the question you came in with, and explain the results in plain language.
Hearing assessments

Behind-the-ear, receiver-in-ear, and custom in-ear devices — fitted, programmed, and tuned to your lifestyle.

Videonystagmography, caloric irrigation, and vestibular testing to find the cause of vertigo and unsteadiness.

- Do I need a referral, and are medical aids accepted?
- A referral is not required — patients can book directly. Fees are charged at 100% of the medical aid tariff, so where a scheme covers the test there are no co-payments. Hearing aid cover varies by plan; a written quote with procedure codes is provided so benefits can be confirmed before the visit.
