Plan for about an hour for a first visit. Follow-up appointments are usually 30 minutes.
Do medical aids cover the assessment?
Most medical aids cover diagnostic audiology. Hearing aid funding varies — we will help you check before you commit.
Can I bring a family member?
Yes, and we encourage it. A second pair of ears helps when we go through the results and options.
I have tinnitus but my hearing seems fine — can you help?
Yes. Tinnitus assessment starts with a full hearing test, then targets the specific pattern you experience.

Where are you located and is there parking?
We are in Suite 102, Midstream Hill Medical Park, on Midstream Hill Boulevard in Midstream, Centurion. There is dedicated parking at the medical park.
