What to expect at your first visit
- · Plan for about an hour — first visits are unhurried by design
- · We start with a careful history of your hearing or balance concern
- · Testing is comfortable and non-invasive
- · You leave with a clear explanation of the results and the next steps
What to bring
- · ID document and medical aid card
- · Referral letter from your GP, ENT, neurologist or physio (if you have one)
- · A list of medications you currently take
- · Any previous hearing tests or reports
- · Your current hearing aids, if you wear them
Medical aids & payment
We charge 100% medical aid tariff. Where your tests are covered by your medical aid, there are no co-payments — your scheme's reimbursement is the full fee. Hearing aid cover varies by plan; we'll send you a quote with the relevant codes so you can confirm before your visit.
